On-premise deployment

On-premise deployment is available on the Elite plan. For institutions whose policy does not permit patch telemetry to leave the data centre, PatchMortem can run entirely inside your own environment, with the classifier and audit chain hosted on infrastructure you control.

On-premise engagements are scoped individually — hardware sizing, air-gapped errata corpus updates, and key custody arrangements all vary by institution. Talk to us to scope one.

AWS Marketplace

PatchMortem is available through AWS Marketplace, which means the subscription can be drawn against your existing Enterprise Discount Program committed spend rather than a separate procurement cycle. For most Indian enterprises this removes a vendor onboarding step entirely.

What counts as an endpoint

Endpoint	Any managed server, virtual machine, or node running the PatchMortem agent
Cluster nodes	Counted individually — a 3-node WSFC cluster is 3 endpoints
Kubernetes	Counted per worker node, not per pod
Non-production	Counted the same as production; risk tier differs, licensing does not
Billing	Annual, in INR. GST applicable at prevailing rates.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Plans are billed annually. The 30-day trial runs before any commitment and requires no credit card.

What happens if we exceed our endpoint count?

We will tell you before we bill you. Overage is discussed, not auto-charged.

Can we move between plans?

Yes, at any point in the term. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at renewal.
